Delivery & Return Info

 

ABOUT DELIVERY: 

Here at Migro Express we like to keep things simple, that is why:

  1. NO minimum order value, NO restriction of weight or volume
  2. We deliver by pallet only at £49.95 + VAT, but more you order and less delivery costs you pay. You get automatically £10 off every £100 of order value. 
    FREE delivery for orders over £500 + VAT to the UK mainland.
    Orders completed by 11am of a business day will be delivered to you in the next business day.
  3. If you instead want to collect free of charge from our warehouse in
    SE6 2NZ use the code: 
    " CATFORDCOLLECT " at the checkout. Once you complete the order, come to collect it straight away in our warehouse during our opening hours (Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00) 

Other important info:

  1. For collections we need to know the name of the person and the plate number of the vehicle used
  2. For deliveries, tell us promptly if your delivery address has any parking restriction, and/or particular opening hours in order to let us try to accommodate your needs 
  3. Once the delivery is booked, the system will notify you automatically about the status of your shipping, and you will get 1 hour delivery window during the day scheduled for it. Standard delivery times are from 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri. Contact us for an AM delivery at extra charge.  
  4. Standard delivery rates apply only to UK mainland areas such as England, Scotland & Wales.  For Scottish Highlands and Islands we need to apply a surcharge at the time of the order. Of course we will be back to you for approval before charging anything extra.
  5. If for any reason there is a problem, we will promptly come back to you providing the best solutions

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Our policy lasts 5 working days from the time you received the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh food, some health and personal care items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
